Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Hollywood Cast LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the operator of HollywoodCast. By joining the waiting list, creating an account, or using the service, you accept them. If you use HollywoodCast for a company, you confirm you have authority to accept for that company.

HollywoodCast is a platform where talent builds profiles and applies to roles, and where casting professionals post calls, review applicants, run auditions, and manage bookings. HollywoodCast is a venue: we are not a talent agency, employer, or party to any engagement arranged through the platform, and we do not guarantee that anyone will be cast, booked, or hired.

Joining the waiting list reserves your interest, not a right to the service. Early access is granted in the order and at the pace we choose, features may change before and after launch, and we may modify or close the waiting list at any time.

• You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Profiles for minor talent may only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information. Casting decisions depend on profiles being truthful — misrepresenting identity, credits, or physical attributes is grounds for removal.

You keep ownership of everything you upload: photos, reels, credits, casting calls, and messages. You grant us the license needed to run the service — to host, display, and process your content so that profiles can be seen by casting professionals, applications can reach companies, and features like set cards and matching can work. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including permission from anyone appearing in your media.

You agree not to:

• Post casting calls that are fraudulent, misleading, unpaid where payment is claimed, or unlawful, including any call that sexualizes minors or requires fees from talent to apply.
• Harass, discriminate against, or exploit other users.
• Scrape, copy, or resell platform data, including talent profiles.
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees where features are designed to run through it.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Casting calls that may involve minors are held for review by our team before publication. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Core talent features are free. Paid plans for expanded features are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase, and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform — do your own diligence before auditions, bookings, and engagements. Nothing here restricts rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Hollywood Cast LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or where the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive — content licenses already exercised, disclaimers, liability limits — survive termination.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the product before they take effect, and continued use after that is acceptance.
